Santosh has 16 years of experience in engineering and as a business leader developing tech solutions. With a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Santosh has a proven track record in product development, validation testing, and large-scale implementation. During his career, he made significant contributions at various Fortune 500 companies, including Caterpillar, General Motors, and Cummins.

Santosh is currently the Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for PRISUM Technologies, a division of Condux International, aiming to bring the firm to the forefront of the Geospatial Technology industry. His focus at PRISUM is on client relationship management, business development, resource allocation, budget planning, and strategic partnerships. He is a certified 6 Sigma Black belt with proven ability to streamline, increase productivity, improve quality control, and compliance.

He currently lives in Mankato MN with his wife Rajini and two kids. Santosh & his family loves to participate in community work supporting People Serving people, JA volunteering & United way. In leisure time spends time in tennis sport and coaching students for VEX robotics state level competitions.

Michael Newman is an internationally recognized senior sales executive with Condux International, the premier manufacturer of underground and overhead cable installation tools and equipment for the telecoms and electric power markets based in Mankato Minnesota, USA.

Before his coming to Condux International Newman was a key member of Optical Cable Corporation with more than 25 years’ experience in sales management, distribution, strategic planning and marketing.

Newman has been a key member of the management teams at the different companies he has served and has led these companies to many significant recognitions, including the Inaugural Compass Award for Excellence in International Trade from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Exporter of the Year Award from Commercial News USA, the official export promotion magazine of the U.S. Commerce Department and the President’s “E” Award presented by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.

Newman is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, which has aided him in his role as mentor and coach for sales teams around the world. His work alongside engineers and network designers has allowed him to better establish and grow international sales channels for the companies he has collaborated with prior to coming to, and including Condux International
