4Sight Utility Engineers is a private consulting firm specializing in Utility Engineering. Key services include Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination and Utility Design. Based in Whitby, Ontario, we provide services to clients throughout Canada.

5 years. Established 2020.

Why did you join the SUE Association?

Our President and founder, Lawrence Arcand, P.Eng , PE was a founding member of the SUE Association and was on the original Board.  4Sight sees tremendous value in the opportunity to collaborate with other SUE firms in the practice to collectively raise the profile of Subsurface Utility Engineering.

What would you say separates you from your competitors?
