Describe your company.

CES Group Engineers is a woman-owned consulting firm providing Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), land surveying, civil engineering, environmental, and utility coordination services. Since introducing SUE services in 2015, CES has helped clients better understand existing utility conditions and manage risk across transportation, aviation, utility, municipal, and land development projects throughout the Carolinas.

How many years has your company been in business?

CES was founded in 2000 and reorganized as CES Group Engineers, LLP in 2011, continuing more than 25 years of service throughout the Carolinas.

Why did you join the SUE Association?

CES joined the SUE Association to connect with other industry professionals, exchange ideas and best practices, and support the continued growth of the SUE profession.

What would you say separates you form your competitors?

What sets CES apart is our integrated approach. Our SUE professionals work closely with in-house survey, engineering, environmental, and utility coordination teams, giving clients access to a broader perspective and helping projects move more smoothly from planning through construction.

Engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, public agencies, utility owners, transportation agencies, airport authorities, and private developers.

What is a fun fact about your company?

CES has supported more than 100 projects at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world.
